Имитационное моделирование производственных процессов с применением логик планового и ситуационного резервирования рабочих мест

Предложена логика задания приоритетов резервирования рабочих мест при моделировании операций изготовления партии машинокомплектов деталей. Рассмотрены примеры комбинированного резервирования рабочих мест при изготовлении партий деталей с различными технологическими циклами. Показано, что комплексное применение ситуационной логики и логики планового резервирования рабочих мест при имитационном моделировании производственных процессов позволит существенно повысить адекватность моделирования.

Imitation modeling of production processes by using the planned and situational logic of the workplaces reservation
The logic of priorities assignment for workplaces reservation when simulating the manufacturing operations of a batch of machine parts sets is proposed. Examples of combined redundancy of the workplaces in the manufacture of the parts batches with different technological cycles are considered. It is shown that the complex application of situational logic and the logic of the workplaces planned reservation at the imitation modeling of production processes will significantly increase the adequacy of modeling.

Оценка станкоёмкости изготовления гражданской продукции на машиностроительных предприятиях ОПК

Рассмотрена задача оперативного расчёта станкоёмкости и трудоёмкости изготовления деталей новой номенклатуры, преимущественно обрабатываемых резанием, на машиностроительных предприятиях ОПК при расчёте технико-экономических показателей заказа. Предложен алгоритм такого расчёта, основанный на оперативном расчёте станкоёмкости операций обработки резанием и приведённой трудоёмкости операций термической обработки, нанесения гальванических и лакокрасочных покрытий, а также слесарных и контрольных операций.

Assessment of the machine-tool capacity of civilian products at the machine-building enterprises of the military-industrial complex
The problem of the machine-tool capacity operational calculation and labor intensity at manufacturing parts of the new nomenclature, mainly machined by cutting, on machine-building enterprises of the military-industry complex (MIC) when calculating the technical and economic indicators of an order is considered. An algorithm for such a calculation, based on the operational calculation of the machine-tool capacity of cutting operations and the presented labor intensity of heat treatment operations, the application of electroplating and paint coatings, as well as locksmith and control operations is proposed.

Повышение эффективности позаказного производства персонифицированной машиностроительной продукции на предприятиях ОПК на основе управления ее конфигурацией

Рассмотрено применение технологии управления конфигурациями изделий и производственной системы в целях повышения эффективности проектирования и изготовления персонифицированной машиностроительной продукции. Предложена семантическая модель сопряжения конфигурации изделия и конфигурации производственной системы, формируемой на базе предприятий ОПК. Разработан алгоритм анализа заказов на изготовление продукции гражданского назначения на предприятиях ОПК на этапе подготовки конкурсной документации.

Improving the efficiency of customized production for personalized engineering products at defense industry enterprises based on its configuration management
The configuration managing technology of products configuration and the production system in order to increase the efficiency of designing and manufacturing personalized engineering products is considered. A semantic model of conjugation of the product configuration and production system configuration, formed on the grounds of defense industry enterprises (DIE), is proposed. An analysis orders algorithm for the manufacture of civilian products at DIE at the stage of preparing tender documentation is developed.
